Sai Baba & Maitreya

Sai Baba is a visitor. He is a
Spiritual Regent. Since our Planetary
Logos cannot take dense physical
manifestation, He calls in, from time
to time, numbers of avatars or
'regents' to stand in for Him. Just as
in the outer world, if a king dies and
has a son too young to become king
immediately, a regent is chosen,
usually an uncle or cousin, to take
over the throne until
Questions & Answers with Benjamin Creme Q. After His triple incarnations as Shirdi, Sathya, & Prema Sai, will Sai Baba incarnate again in the future? A. This is still unknown, even to Sai Baba. Q. Why doesn't Sai Baba speak out about the Christ to His many followers, or even instruct them to use the Great Invocation, which is supposed to such a powerful and needed tool for transformation? A. One reason He does not speak out about Maitreya, the Christ, being in the world is that His followers take as 'gospel truth' everything He says. If He said, "the Christ is indeed in the World. He is in London, as Mr. Creme is saying," hundreds of thousands of devotees all over the world would believe Him, and in so doing, He would have infringed their free will, their right of spiritual recognition. Why do you think someone like me is asked to do this work? Why not the Pope? Why not the Queen of England? Why not Sai Baba? Because they have an authority which would contravene your divine right of free will. I have no particular authority, I am a private individual; you can believe me or not and are left free to make up your own mind. But if I were Sai Baba, the Pope, or the Queen of England, you would believe it because of their authority.
When we attain God-realization, we too will sense ourselves as the Lord, because there is nothing else. There is only God. We either sense or experience ourselves as God , and therefore are God, completely at-one with the divine aspect of ourselves, or that experience is limited. If it is limited in some way, we have a sense of at least partial separation. That is what most people experience. Q. You say that the Lord Maitreya was Krishna. Yet Sai Baba seems to intimate that He was Krishna. Can you explain this? A. I believe that Krishna was a previous manifestation of Maitreya, but Sai Baba is also correct (if I may say so) in claiming to be Krishna. It is a question of the level of the energy associated with Krishna, namely, love. Sai Baba is a cosmic Avatar and embodies that energy at a cosmic level, while Maitreya, a planetary Avatar, does so at a planetary level. Each is a manifestation of the love of God. Maitreya's individual consciousness, however, manifested through Krishna by overshadowing (in much the same way as He did in Palestine through Jesus), while Sai Baba identifies with the cosmic Krishna, or Christ Principle. Q. What is the role of the Buddha in our planetary Hierarchy? What is His relationship to Maitreya?
A.
The Buddha no longer retains a physical
vehicle but dwells on the highest
center of our planet, Shamballa, which
is in matter of the two highest ethers
in the Gobi desert. He acts as the
divine intermediary between Shamballa
and Hierarchy, bringing the Plan from
Shamballa to the three great lords of
Hierarchy (the Christ, the Manu, and
the Lord of Civilization) who
approximate it to the possible and work
it out through humanity. He is the
brother of Maitreya. Q. Why do some Avatars grow old? A. Some do and some do not. Certain `hidden' Avatars, such as Babaji and Sanat Kumara Himself, do not grow old, and the body in which Maitreya now presents Himself will not grow old throughout the Aquarian Age. Avatars such as Rama-Krishna, Ramana Maharishi, Sai Baba and others who take a human body inevitably undergo human dissolution. But this happens only when their purpose in incarnating is fulfilled.

Respect All Religions and All Nations MAITREYA HAS SAID:
"You will find happiness when you begin to realize that the Almighty is always with you, 24 hours of the day. Then you will experience freedom from within. There is no room then for unhappiness, greed or anger. "Be what you are. Do not surrender your self-respect, your dignity, to others. Do not allow anyone to cast his shadow over you. A Master gives experiences, but does not cast his shadow. Do not follow one another. If you practice honesty of mind, sincerity of spirit and detachment, you will know your Self, you will know Me, you will know the Lord. "My plan is to show you that the way out of your problems is to listen again to the true voice of God within your hearts, to share the produce of this most bountiful of worlds among your brothers and sisters everywhere." "Remember this, forget not that I come to change all things. My coming brings peace. Likewise, my presence brings cleavage. My sword, that love which I am, will separate all men, will show the true from the false, will clear the way for the new light which I bring. May it be that you can withstand this change and accept my light." Suffering is caused by identification with anything and everything which is not the Self. Ask yourself "Who am I?" You will see that you are identified either with matter (the body), or with thought (the mind), or with power (spirit). But you are none of these. "Mind, spirit and body are the temples of the Lord." The Self experiences in these temples "the supreme Being and Becoming of the Lord."
Any action performed with dishonesty of
mind, an insincere spirit and
attachment is destructive. For example,
when you think one thing, say another,
and do something which is different
again, you are lost. Honesty of mind
leads to honest speech and honest
action. This harmony leads to peace and

MAITREYA'S PRIORITIES
"It is a fallacy to believe, as some do, that the main trend of Christ's work will be through the medium of the churches or the world religions...He will use all available channels whereby the consciousness of man may be enlarged and right orientation be brought about...the churches are but one of the teaching avenues He will employ... He will not come as the restorer of any of the ancient religions including Christianity, but He will come to restore man's faith in the Father's love, in the fact of the livinginess of the Christ and in the close, subjective and unbreakable relationship of all men everywhere..." Maitreya comes from our earth
evolution. He is not from outside this
planet. He is the Alpha and Omega, the
first and the last -- the first of
early humanity back in Atlantean days
to 'achieve', become divine. You become
divine when you have taken the third
initiation. In those days, that was the
highest initiation that an Earth man
could take. Today, it is only the third
of five initiatory experiences which
make you a Master, a God-Man. Maitreya
was one of a small group who took the
third initiation at that time. Another
was the Buddha. Maitreya is the last of
that group to remain with humanity.
Others have gone on, outside this
planet or solar system. Some have gone
to the higher center, Shamballa, as the
Buddha has done, having given up a
physical body to be on Shamballa.
Maitreya, on the other hand, has
remained with us, in the Himalayas,
during all that time. That is what is
meant in the Bible by the Alpha and
Omega.

boy grows up. Avatars bring in cosmic
energy. They 'come from above' down
into this world in response to human
need. They stand in for God or the
Logos of this planet. Such an avatar is
Sathya Sai Baba. There are always
several avatars at any given time,
Ramakrishna and Ramana Maharshi were
avatars. The line from Babaji down to
Yogananda was a line of avatars. Some
avatars are completely unknown; They
give no teachings, no one has ever
heard of Them, but Their presence here
sustains the world. Without that
presence, this would be a much sorrier
world than it is.
"I
have not come to create followers, each
of you should continue to
develop within your own religious
tradition. A real disciple is one who
will respect the traditions. Respect
your own religions, your own
ideologies, in brief, your own thought
form, and you will experience the
Master. Even when you see Me, do not
run after Me. If you run after Me, you
will lose Me. If you parade Me, you do
not know who I am. I cannot be
monopolized, I belong to everyone.
