Retired US diplomat steps forward with Amazing story Wayne Peterson, a 32-year career diplomat (recently retired as a director of the Fulbright Scholarship Program, who started as a Peace Corps volunteer in Brazil) vividly recounts his meetings with a group of highly evolved spiritual beings who are working with world leaders from behind the scenes in preparation for a glorious future for all humanity.
